black beach..

despite the neon invasion this summer, i decided to go black and take a simple stroll down the beach. my ultimate chic beach outfit features this lanvin straw hat, isabel marant cotton bikini and dries van noten mens silk espadrilles. mixed with vintage levi's cut offs and a couple of books under my arm, i really can't imagine i need anything else. 

the suburbs..

 one doesn't necessarily need to be at the seaside to enjoy the summer.

 some want them to be simple and cosy, others go for extravagant and fancy. some cry at them every time, others use them as just another excuse for partying. some dream about them their whole lives, others don't even believe in them. 

anyway, i don't think you have to be a hopeless romantic to instantly fall in love with this wedding accessory lookbook. little doe.
